BOLD FLAVOR.

GOOD VIBES.

GENUINE HOSPITALITY.

Centennial Hospitality Group was founded in 2004 with a simple goal: bring bold flavor, good vibes, and genuine hospitality to the table. It all began with a small wing joint in Garden City, where our founder, Brian Seifried, served up crispy wings and buffalo sauce that quickly earned a loyal following. What started as one humble shack grew into a community of concepts—each one rooted in the same passion for great food, great people, and creating places where everyone feels welcome.

Today, our family includes Wing Shack, Luna’s Tacos & Tequila, Sexy Sammies, and more to come. While our menus have evolved, our mission hasn’t: build spaces where teams thrive and guests feel at home—one plate, one pour, one experience at a time.

More than Restaurants-This is CHG Culture

We create real value by consistently exceeding expectations with memorable food and experiences. We take pride in our people and our purpose—because at the end of the day, we truly give a shit (G.A.S.).

With energy and heart, we aim to make every interaction uplifting. And through development, we stay committed to growing thoughtfully—supporting our team, our company, and the communities
we serve.
